Rekindle the Fire Find ways to spark your Sexual Imagination! When it comes to sex, women are more commonly turned on by words and ideas, or descriptions of romantic, hot relationships. On the other hand, they say men are more visual, and turned on by photographs, erotic art, or videos. And, although that may be true, women can be turned on by sexy stories, and sexy images too. The popularity of the book, “Fifty Shades of Grey,” proves that quite a few people like to read about sex. Fantasies are an important way to spark your sexual imagination. Many years ago, Nancy Friday wrote a book entitled “My Secret Garden” which was a collection of women’s sexual fantasies. This collection demonstrates, without a doubt, that women have all sorts of sexual fantasies. If you have a chance to get a copy of this book, you will find it quite interesting. Hundreds of women answered the call to report their sexual fantasies. Of course, it’s important to remember that most fantasies look much better on paper that they do in real life. Trying to live out the fantasies is not the goal. The goal is to discover sexual fantasies that stimulate your sensuous imagination, and fire up your sexual desire. An easy way to use fantasy to improve your libido is to go to a bookstore, and check out the erotic section. Look through the books, and find one that you like. Read it in bed alone, or with your Lover. The goal is to find one that helps you rekindle the fire. If your lover is around, he will be fascinated that you are reading sexy stories, and will be more than willing to let you read him a “bedtime story.”

It’s hard to believe sometimes, but you really do have an impact on the World. I believe that it’s one person at a time that works best.
SHARE KNOWLEDGE ~ If you know something that can help change someone’s life, and you have the opportunity to tell them . . . Do it! That’s what I do for a living . . . in three different places (at this point in time) I work with Adolescents in a Psychiatric Unit, I am a Health and Wellness Life Coach, and I’m writing a book called, “Be Your Own Sensuous Life Coach for Women Over 40” (and Younger Women who want to know stuff sooner).
Over the years, I’ve “taken notes” on what works, and what doesn’t work. I teach teens how to become the person they want to be, and help them work through issues that have caused them to use unhealthy, coping skills. Teens often feel a sense of powerlessness in regards to what is happening in their world, and in the great big world as well. They often feel that there is nothing they can do to help themselves, or anyone else. Education is powerful. I explain to these kids that they can learn the things that everyone needs to know about what it takes to be happy. Then, they can be a role model for their families, and, to an extent, for everyone they come in contact with. I tell them that just like Twitter and the Internet in general, many things can go viral. This includes really helpful information. If they learn something that helps them be happier and they share it with someone, that is the first step toward making that knowledge go viral. Even just being nice to someone while you are checking out at the grocery may have an impact on their day, which will help them, and possibly others they come in contact with. . . .
I also work with Adults . . . Mostly Women in my Life Coaching business. I teach them Health and Wellness stuff, and to make it seem like more fun, I decided to specialize in being a Sensuous Life Coach . . . which is a concept that I created because I thought that it would catch someone‘s interest and is a personal interest of mine. My focus is, in particular,on the Woman who wants to be more in touch with her Inner Wisdom and Sensuous Self. Since I have been a writer for a very long time, and I’m Creative and Sensuous myself, I decided that I had to write the book. The book is meant to be Fun and Playful, and it is written with a new thought or idea on each page. This concept is great for the busy Woman. You can open the book anywhere, and read any page whenever you have 5 minutes. The things that I wrote are meant to help you become the person that you want to be, and to help you change the world by working on yourself. I am hoping that you will find things in my book that will make you happier, and that you will share this information with others. This is one way that you can change the world

If you haven’t already started a “Fridge Checklist” … why not start today? I can procrastinate as much as anyone else but this is an easy step by step thing to do.I revised my checklist and put up a new one today. Get out your blank checklist and start with just 3 things. If you don’t have one you can make one . Get a piece of paper and put Sunday through Monday across the top and 3 goals down one side. Then make straight lines for each column to create boxes. Make a check each day for accomplished goals. I always suggest that you put ” Do 3 Situps” on the list. Actually I prefer 3 Yoga Sit backs (see instructions below). The reason I suggest only 3 is because I have found that the hardest part of any exercise is just getting started. So have a goal of just 3 sit backs a day. Once you are on the floor do as many as you want. What usually happens is once you get started you think…”I can do 6 or 10…” and that’s fine. But the most important thing is developing a new habit..so put it on your checklist and be proud each time you check it off. Five minute Yoga is another easy option for your list. Another goal that I always suggest for a” Fridge Checklist” is ” Sensuous Activity”. This does not necessarily mean sex, although it can. It means any Sensuous Activity. The only limitations are your imagination. I will suggest ideas in my blog and later this year… you can read my book for ideas. Today’s suggestions… Giving yourself or your lover a warm oil massage, enjoying a hot bath with herbs or flowers in the water, finding a new sexy story to share with your lover, or running outside in the rain as naked as you dare, are just a few ways to check off “Sensuous Activity” on your Fridge Checklist. A “Sensuous Activity” could be something as simple as thinking about Sex or something Sensuous that you want to do in the future. Writing in your bedside journal or meditating is my 3rd suggestion. This is a great way to start to get in touch with your Inner Wisdom.By putting only 3 things on your checklist you will start to make big changes in your life without feeling overwhelmed.I would love to hear from you all about your success at making life changes that you want to make towards becoming the person you want to be. Yoga Sit back
Stay aware of your body… Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor in front of you.Raise your arms straight in front you along side of your knees. Very slowly start to sit back almost like a reverse situp keeping arms straight along side of your knees.Go back about half way keeping your ab muscles engaged.Only go back as far as you can hold with your ab muscles.(Don’t fall or roll onto lower back.) Then hold this position for a few seconds or up to 15 seconds, and then come back to the start position. Repeat at least 3 times.
Be aware of any physical limitations .Stop if painful.
